OUR STORY

Pools Unlimited is a swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill, and backyard products retailer; and pool and hot tub service company located in West Seneca, NY - a suburb of Buffalo NY.

Established in 1991, Pools Unlimited offers retail sales of aboveground swimming pools, semi-inground swimming pools, hot tubs, gas grills, pellet grills and pool and hot tub related products; as well as service on inground vinyl liner and inground gunite plaster swimming pools; and aboveground swimming pools.

Some of the brands we offer include - but are not limited to - Hayward, Pentair, Sta-Rite, Jacuzzi, Jandy, RayPak, Rheem, Teledyne, Loop Loc, McEwen, GLI, Confer Plastics, Speck, Waterway, and many others.

Pools Unlimited - a different kind of pool company. Pools Unlimited is different in that we are here to make the pool owner and hot tub owner really enjoy their pool and get the most out of it with the least amount of problems. Our staff is highly trained to know the operations of pools and hot tubs and related equipment. Most of our staff learns about these products by working in our service department out in the field - working on these products - so they have experience in operating and maintaining swimming pools and hot tubs which gives them knowledge on how to assist pool and hot tub owners.

OUR MISSION:

The mission of Pools Unlimited is to assist pool and hot tub owners throughout Western New York so they get the most fun and enjoyment out of their swimming pools and hot tubs with the least amount of work. We achieve this by educating the pool and hot tub owners on the proper care and operation of their pools and hot tubs, and on the proper selection of equipment and products to achieve that goal.

OUR TEAM:

Ronald Gadra, Owner, President

Founder and owner of Pools Unlimited. Ron began his career in the pool industry installing aboveground and Kayak swimming pools in the mid '80's. In 1991, Ron and two partners opened Pools Unlimited, selling and servicing aboveground swimming pools. Since then we have expanded our product line to include hot tubs, gas grills, and many "backyard" products. In addition, we added service for inground gunite plaster swimming pools and vinyl liner inground swimming pools. Ron's technical and service experience includes installing aboveground pools, vinyl liner inground swimming pools and hot tubs' and servicing hot tubs, pool heaters, lights, filters, and pumps.

Jeff Diana, Owner

Jeff began his swimming pool career in 1994 while still in high school.  His experience includes sales, installation, and service  of swimming pools and hot tubs. Jeff's technical and service experience includes installing aboveground pools, vinyl liner replacement on inground swimming pools, service and repair of hot tubs' and pool heaters, lights, filters, and pumps. In addition, Jeff has many years of experience in swimming pool and hot tub care and maintenance including water care -  balancing and troubleshooting pool and hot tub water.

Dave Diana, Service Department Manager and Lead Service Technician

Dave is our lead service technician - with experience servicing all types of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and lights. In addition, Dave has many years experience replacing inground pool vinyl liners and installation of safety covers. Brands Dave services include RayPak, Rheem, Hayward, Pentair, and Jandy/Teledyne Laars.
